Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the product back.
Ship the Product: Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect its condition. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns that do not meet the condition requirements.
